General principles

- Images must never place a child at risk
- Exercise common sense and good judgement at all times
Appropriate use
- Club comms, social media, website, match reporting
- Marketing & recruitment, coaching, Club archives
Inappropriate use
- Ridiculing, embarrassing or singling out a child
- Capturing children in inappropriate situations
- Sharing personal information alongside images
- Circumventing safeguarding procedures or breaching requirements
Club safeguarding, photography, digital communications and social media policies apply at all times. Refer any concern immediately to the Club Child Protection Officer.
