WHY do we coach?

Coaches
- Lead / Deputy / Assistant / Specialist Coaches
- Team Manager: administration and logistics
Players
- Commit to training and matches
- Respect teammates, coaches, officials, opponents
- Take responsibility for their own development
Parents & Guardians
- Support the team positively
- Respect coaching decisions and match officials
- Reinforce Club values at home and on the touchline
Club Leadership
