The objectives of Minis & Youth Rugby at GHA are to:
- Attract more players to rugby and to GHA Rugby Club.
- Retain players throughout their rugby journey.
- Develop good people as well as good rugby players.
- Create a positive experience for players, parents and volunteers.
- Develop future coaches, referees and volunteers.
- Create a pathway into U18, senior and social rugby.
- Maintain lifelong connections between players and GHA.
- Support the Club's mission of becoming Scotland's leading community rugby club.
Youth Rugby Committee: Terms of Reference. Responsible for:
- Minis and Youth rugby operations
- Coach support and development
- Player recruitment and retention
- Annual planning
- Policy recommendations
- Ownership of The GHA Way
Accountable to: GHA Rugby Club Board.
