Purpose

The GHA Way exists to provide a consistent, transparent and positive experience for players, parents, coaches and volunteers across all Minis and Youth rugby teams.

It establishes common standards, practical guidance, templates and support materials so that every section operates in line with the mission and objectives of GHA Rugby Club.

This document should be regarded as the primary operating guide for Minis and Youth Rugby. The supporting toolkits, templates and standards referenced throughout form part of The GHA Way and should be used by coaches and volunteers wherever appropriate.
