The Youth Rugby Committee should be informed of planned tours. All tours, whether domestic or overseas, must comply with relevant Scottish Rugby safeguarding requirements, regulations and approval processes.

Tour Behaviour: players represent GHA Rugby Club throughout the tour. Expected standards include respect, sportsmanship, inclusion and positive behaviour. The Club's Player and Parent Codes of Conduct continue to apply throughout the tour.

Tour Kit: all tour kit must comply with Appendix H — Brand & Kit Standards. Use approved suppliers and approved designs. Tour sponsorship is permitted; sponsors should align with Club values and branding standards.

Tour Legacy: at the conclusion of each tour, age groups are encouraged to record accommodation used, transport providers, host club contacts, lessons learned and recommendations. This information should be retained for future age groups.
