One Club. One Brand. If in doubt, ask before producing.

One Club. One Brand.

Players, coaches and supporters should immediately recognise GHA regardless of age group.

Consistency

Consistent branding creates a stronger impression than multiple independent identities.

Professionalism

Every public-facing asset reflects on GHA Rugby Club.

Approved supplier

  • Akuma is the Club's approved kit supplier
  • Do not purchase playing kit, training kit, tour kit or branded merchandise from alternative suppliers
  • Engage early with the Club and Akuma to ensure sufficient production and delivery times

Kit ordering & sponsor protection

  • Age groups collect player sizing information and submit requirements within Club timelines
  • Failure to meet ordering deadlines may impact kit availability at the start of the season
  • Ensure approved Club sponsors receive appropriate visibility on playing and training kit
  • Do not remove, obscure or replace approved sponsor branding without approval

Club logos — the following are NOT permitted

  • Modified club logos
  • Alternative age-group logos
  • Independent sub-brands
  • Unauthorised graphics

Any new logo or visual identity must receive approval before use. Approved Club colours should be used consistently; colours, logos and identity are governed by the GHA Brand Bible & Identity Guidelines, via the GHA Marketing Team.

Social media & photography

  • Official social media channels are managed centrally
  • Age groups should not create Facebook pages, Instagram accounts or independent brands
  • Age groups may use WhatsApp groups for operational communication
  • Photography should comply with Appendix J — Photography & Video Policy
  • Only approved photographs should be used for promotional purposes

Merchandise: all branded merchandise should use approved branding, suppliers and designs — including hoodies, t-shirts, waterproofs, beanies, bags, leisurewear and accessories. Training kit should be sourced through approved suppliers, and independent age-group designs should not be created. The Club will create an approved annual tour range; orders should be submitted by the annual deadline.

Design Support: the Club Marketing Team will assist with branding, design, artwork and sponsor integration. Seek support rather than creating materials independently.

Final principle: if in doubt, ask before producing. It is easier to approve a design before production than to correct it afterwards.
