Coaches have access to specialist support throughout the season, coordinated by the Director of Youth Performance. Support may include:
- Strength & Conditioning
- Player welfare and wellbeing
- Mindset and performance support
- Technical, tactical and scrum development
- Analysis and performance review
- Scottish Rugby pathway guidance & coach mentoring
Referee Development: GHA encourages the development of match officials alongside players and coaches. Where possible, each age group should involve qualified referees in training and match-day activities to support player learning and grow future referees.
Support is a shared Club resource, coaches should never feel isolated and can access specialist expertise when required.
