Fundraising is encouraged, within a Club-approved framework.
Fundraising
- Benefits players, rugby activities, development, tours & equipment
- Not for parent entertainment, hospitality or non-rugby expenditure
Sponsorship
- Age groups should not sell Club sponsorship rights
- Refer sponsorship leads to the Commercial Team
- Tour sponsorship is permitted (see Appendices F & H)
- Known contacts: permitted. Cold outreach: coordinate with the Commercial Team
Purchasing & Asset Ownership: assets bought through age-group fundraising remain GHA property; the purchasing group normally receives priority use. Consult the Club before significant purchases.
