If in doubt, sit them out. Concussion must be managed per Scottish Rugby guidance.

Serious Injuries
- Player welfare takes priority over training or the match
- Contact emergency services immediately where required
- Inform parents/guardians as soon as practicable
- Complete Scottish Rugby reporting where applicable
- Record relevant injuries within SCRUMS where required
Incident Review: after any significant incident, reflect on whether changes to training, equipment or procedures could improve safety.
Concussion: all suspected concussions must be managed per Scottish Rugby guidance. If in doubt, sit them out. Players must complete the Return to Play protocol before returning.
